I arrived late, the guest services staff must have been tired but they greeted me with a warm welcome and provided all the details and necessities to get me up to my room and off to bed. They provided excellent recommendations for a quick meal and helped me get calibrated. I stayed in a king suite with a full kitchen, office, and lounge... All very space efficient and comfortable. I got back from a day of meetings and work to be welcomed to a very clean room. Impressed with the staff and services.

One of my favorite hotels to stay at in Toronto! Great WiFi which is always super appreciated. Outstanding helpful staff and very clean rooms. I cannot stress enough how clean these rooms are. I've become quite a regular here and one of the staff remembers me now and gave me a little upgrade ;) That's how you keep regulars coming back! Thank you!

Very nice room with kitchen. Swimming pool was clean. Complementary breakfast was included. Grocery stores within minutes of drive. I took off one star because the bath room curtains weren't too clean and the tub water knob was a little broken.
