This review is specifically for the executive lounge. I am a Hilton Diamond member and have been for years. I work nationally in the USA and spend 75% of my year staying at various Hilton brand hotels. This trip was a vacation with my family. After my wife and son entered the executive lounge for a light snack, we immediately blocked from the refreshment bar by the hostess who asked what room we were staying in. I gave her my room number. And that was that I thought. I sat down and watched if she did this others and she seemed to be selective only asking those who were not "white" the "what is your room #" question. Several guests who were Indian, Chinese, Middle Eastern were asked, but white males and females were not asked what room # they were staying in. How sad to think that this particular employee who herself is not "white" was profiling their guests. This is completely unacceptable and should be looked into by management.

Great location at warden and hwy 7. Always great customer service from the ladies in the front desk. Rooms are clean and roomy. We love the spacious living area and how there are TVs in both areas. My dad loved the beds as they were very comfortable. No complaints at all

This place is super nice. It's one of the better hotels on the outskirts of the city, but it's still close enough to commute in. Lots of parking and the rooms are very modern. The staff provided amazing service for our professional event. There are large rooms for conferences and dinner. Great experience!

We attended the Conference Centre for a wedding reception. It was gorgeous. The lobby has an open concept and feels very inviting. The bar is quite large and can entertain quite a few standing patrons at one time. It's the only area of the centre that offers free WiFi. The banquet hall we were in was beautiful and accommodated approx. 150 of us. Plenty of room and space to mingle. The staff were great and very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone who's planning a reception or any type of large group event ( this was also the place where they held the PC Leader event).

Restaurant review(breakfast buffet) Food -4 Service-2 Deco-4.5 Cleanliness-5 Value for the price-3.5(could add more items as you charge 22$) We did not stay at hotel just went for breakfast. They do not make you feel welcome at the restaurant. Staff need training on being nice to guest stating with smile. They were very moody. The front lady was nice.
