Friendly desk staff, clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Bathroom was okay, nice to have some Rituals cosmetics there. Blow dryer was a bit old and got quite hot. Shower taps needed some figuring out, but water was hot and had enough pressure. Hallways were noisy and upon arrival at night we were greeted by a large group of running and shouting kids. The elevator was smelly and crowded by playing kids. Other than that we had a relaxing stay and left well rested.

Arrived & the room was 28 degrees Celsius. The rest of the hotel was similar but I had no thermostat to see exact temp. Didn’t help wearing my suit for a wedding and sweating my butt off. Also, a majority of their guests cannot be kicked out for negative behaviour... sucks for those of us who behave normally. Stay here to find out exactly what I mean by that last part

Here briefly for work. Clean place, concierge greeted my partner and I as soon we came in. 2 bed-room is quite large and bathroom appears clean. Great access to both DVP and 401. Plaza across the road has Tim's, Starbucks, Wendy's and other various restaurants as well as an Asian grocery store. No really nice views of the city skyline or anything.... just the highway.

At 9.20 pm you call to order food... they say there is no one... the menu card says 5-10. I was told it is wrong information or old... hate to go out with no car for food... never again thought it is convenient to work... Earlier requested a tooth paste as i forgot packing and didn’t had time to grab... provided with one expired 08/17. When informed , was told that the date they have in everything so nothing can be done ... Needless to say a loud ac blower... can’t keep it , can’t off it... toggling wake up & sleep all night around.... Never again, Not going to recommend anyone... Added: no hot water this morning.. Not sure, expect front desk no other service phones answered.... Taking up with their management... worst of all i hv see for a 3-star

My fiance and I stayed here for 3 days back in August of 2017. It was amazing, we loved it so much, it felt like home! The staff was incredibly friendly too and remembered our names and had great customer service skills! When we hopefully return to Toronto, we will definitely stay here again!
