My husband, 1 year old, and myself recently had the displeasure of staying at the Ridgetown Inn. Here is a list of things that we noticed: -There was a small army of baby spiders in our beds (Room 106), seriously, sleeping in the cornfield may have had less spiders... -Random things would not work like lights, keycard to external door would have a 50/50 chance to open. -Damage done to doors/locks/walls/ceiling that are not maintained. -Pool needs some work as paint is chipping and my husband cut open his toe in the pool (non-fatal injury i know, but still guests should not have to worry about injuring themselves on jagged/sharp edges while swimming). They did change the sheets at our request and sprayed RAID to deter the spiders which ultimately did not help as spiders returned throughout the night crawling all over us while we slept. Pluses/Benefit of the doubt...: We found the staff friendly and willing to help. It may be that they require more time to perform some renovations to improve this hotel, please let this be the case!

Really friendly staff, spacious room, comfortable bed. Pool looked nice. Breakfast was a bit of a let down, but may be because we went down at 9 and not much left!

The owners were nice the restraunt is closed and the pool was to cold for me. The room wasnt bad. But they have strange people living there in the rooms with big dogs. I felt uncomfortable there

For the price paid, we got what we expected. Except our "non-smoking" room we asked for was definitely not non-smoking. It reeked.

Excellent. Staff, rooms, and the swimming pool really warm and clean perfect space for a calm family vacation.
