Not a bad place to spend night overall. It's just next to the 94 and there's a few amenities around and many other hotels are nearby. it looks like they recently remodeled with some updates to furnishings and shrimps new colors that sort of thing. So the hotel overall has a more updated look than other hotels in the area. I didn't like that you couldn't close the vines all the way to blackout the room but that's a small detail. Being close to the expressway, you can hear the traffic on the highway all throughout the night. It makes it a little difficult to sleep here however not overly difficult.

Very clean GREAT Staff !!!!! The BEST in Roseville. . had a house fire and the STAFF IS THE BEST by far . just got move to Extend Stay. Let me tell you this place is GROSS trying like Hell to get BACK to Holiday inn Express like i said This is the BEST Place in Roseville. Thanks for Everything Guy's had the best time

After 2 night we still have a fridge that does not work. The room itself is not bad but the hotel does feel dated. If it was not for the broken fridge I would give the hotel a better rating

Toni helped us during check in/out, and I can honestly say, BEST experience I have had yet at a hotel. I travel frequently, and being able to have an easy Check in and out with a hospitable and friendly Customer Service rep as herself makes the process go that much smother. Having that makes the process that much simpler and easy to deal with. Toni was ready to assist with every issue and concern I had and was fast to resolve all of our issues. I totally recommend this hotel (as long as Toni is working) to anyone ready to have a no-stress experience.

I came to this hotel out of the many options that were available in the city and all I can say is that I am blown away by the exceptional customer service that was provided by Toni during my stay. Having traveled often to many hotels over the years I can honestly say that I have never had a experience like I did during my stay. I was always greated with a smile and Toni went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I was here for work and Toni made me feel like I was on a mini vacation while away from home. Toni is amazing and presents the personification of professionalism while creating a memorable experience. I will be back in the area again in the future and based on my experience I will not have to spend anytime deciding where to stay. Toni is a valuable asset to the company and I hope that any future stays I have at other locations in the US have customer service representatives that are half as good as she was.
