Negative: Thin towels. Slippery bathtub. Extremely uncomfortable small queen size bed. Breakfast is minimal. Positive: Very clean. Close to various restaurants, boulangerie, casino, pharmacies, grocery stores. We have been coming here for five years. Think this will be the last time. They keep cutting down on positives...

Hidden gem. The hotel is very new and clean. The bed is very comfortable. Breakfast should be improved as it should offer more selection. Guest needs a car to travel around as the location is not in the downtown.

Great place, really helped out after I was evacuated after the fire at my apartment. Nice rooms and great service

Clean room, nice beds, renovated bathrooms, good and convinient breakfast. At about a 25 min walk from the Alexandra bridge (Canadian History Museum), so convenient if you are OK with walking a bit everyday and saving on parking. Nice staff In general, pretty good for a reasonable budget 4 star hotel that is not in a new building. I recommend it!

It's a lovely budget-friendly hotel. I always stay here when visiting my mother. I love how clean and quiet the hotel is. The staff are always super helpful and nice. Personally, I have never left this hotel unhappy. It's a great location for those who want to visit Ottawa without paying downtown hotel prices as it's literally a 35 minute bus ride away, or 15 minutes drive.
