Room was very clean. Checking in was a bit of a hassle the front desk clerck not very friendly. We we're not informed that there was no parking. We also had to give an extra deposit on our room for just in case even though they had my credit card number. But they were very accommodating. The beds are high and I use a cane to get around so I could not get up in the bed, they brought me a foot stool. There were young rugby teams booked in on our floor and yelling, running and playing loud music. They front got it under control very quickly. Check k out was wonderful. They help us put our bags in the car and so friendly. Yes we will be back. I was testing the hotel for our general meeting we have every year. I will recommend the Embassy.

Great place near downtown. Everything is within walking distance. Suites are nice so you don't have to eat out all the time. Would recommend to anyone. Parking nearby is also great as city Hall has over 700 spots underground and is within 2 minutes walk.

For the most part the hotel was comfortable and cool during the scorching summer heat. A minor inconsistency was a defect washroom door, which was fixed shortly after by the Hotel staff. The restaurant had great food with small waiting times.
