Five star is not enough. This place is impeccable. Definitely home away from home. This place exceeded our expectations. We got the presidential suite with 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. Keep in mind this is NOT a hotel so there won't be any housekeeping service. It's a fully furnished apartment with full size kitchen, living room (two couches with pull out bed), dinning room (with 6 chairs) and washer and dryer. They supply you with EVERYTHING from day one. It will be hard to stay at a regular hotel again after staying at this amazing place. Mike thanks for making the check in process easy and informative.

Very clean, quiet & well cared for suites. I had to stay for a week long transplant assessment & was very close to the hospitals. Micheal was a pleasure to deal with & made sure my stay was less stressful, for which I am very grateful. Close to all amenities, with great 24/7 security. Will definitely stay there again & recommend them.

We like to stay here when we have hospital appointments. Never disappointed, except room was not cleaned yet when we arrived about 6:30pm this time The cleaners we're only half way done but they had left and came back about 45 min after we arrived, then they finished cleaning By then the office was closed and could talk to anyone until the next day.

Wanted to express how fantastic our stay was at Canada Suites on the Bay. Was in town for a week long course and it was perfectly situated, close to all amenities, shops, transportation, etc. The rates were phenomenal considering hotel rates in downtown Toronto. We enjoyed having a kitchen, washer and dryer, living room, fireplace, bedroom. It was a home away from home. Room was spotless, the place was quiet and fully secured. Last but not least the manager Mike was absolutely phenomenal, very responsive to our every need, friendly and accommodating and provided service with a smile. He is definitely an asset to this company. We will definitely book Canada Suites in the future.
