Under construction with no warning. Rooms are nice with a great location but there are no microwaves in the rooms. Staff is friendly and accommodating. It's pleasant for the affordability.

Friendly and helpful staff. If you care about the decor (and I don't) it's been quite a while since the last update. Beds we're comfortable, towels soft, room very clean and odor free. Would definitely choose to stay here again over one of the newer much more expensive hotels in the Houghton-Hancock area.

A good affordable room. Cleaning was not so great and pass by the continental breakfast.

Stayed during MTU graduation weekend. After returning home found an unexpected charge on my credit card I was told was due to a missing pillow I did not take. After explaining this to the manager I was told since I signed in to register I was responsible to pay for it. After staying here I would be sure to double check your account for false charges and given the fact it was graduation weekend they apparently are unconcerned with repeat guests
