Great place! I've stayed here many times. I always come back because it's clean, safe, friendly (especially Joel the Manager), centrally located near the downtown area and the price is right! The suite is 2 separate bedrooms with doors, kitchen and bathroom. It's very plain inside with minimal decorations. Beds are comfortable and cozy. There is a large park like area in the back to sit or walk around. Excellent for a pet as well. My dog loves it!! Complimentary fresh coffee and tea is available all day. There is also a fitness room and vending machines. The Residence and Conference Centre a separate part of the St. Paul University. Plenty of parking too! Just a short drive to the downtown area or about a 15 minute walk. Hope you enjoy it. Have fun on your vacation or business trip! Tami :)

This is our second residence & conference place. Like the king city in Toronto, this Ottawa downtown was amazing. Simple, spacious and clean rooms. TV in each bed room with work desk and chair. WiFi very fast. I used the laud art and I paid 10 for one wash/dry including price of laudary card. Location is quiet...plenty of parking areas. We will definitely come back if we are in Ottawa to this place.

Awesome place to stay. Just like reliving your stay at your college dorm. Clean and quiet with multiple bedrooms and a kitchen. Lots of room. Great for familys. A real homey place.

We had a stay of two nights at this place. It was a miserable experience since their air conditioner was not working. Twice they switched our room but the same problem prevailed. Unfortunately, these two days were the hottest and humid ones. 98F in day and 78F during night with no air conditioner. No one from the staff fixed our problem. The whole stay was ruined.
