Nice location, you could walk to the falls which is highly recommended since you're already paying $20 for parking at the hotel. The rooms were fine, nothing fancy, but comfortable. No fridge in room. You get coupons for nearby restaurants which is nice since prices are inflated in tourist areas (and there is a Niagara falls tourist tax). If you are from the States be advised that even though your confirmation receipt may have one price on it, when you get to the hotel they will give you the Canadian price. You are still paying the US dollar price, but your hotel receipt will indicate the CA dollar price.

We had a reservation for Deluxe Queen Suite but when we were going to check in they did not have our room. Instead they gave us a king bed suite with pull out couch and balcony. The balcony was very disgusting and smelly. There was no chair. It looks like they didn't paint since the opening. They did not have towels in the pool. The Jacuzzi jets on and off switch was behind the t.v. It was very difficult to see. I will never book a room in Ramada hotel ever again in my life. I've booked so many hotels in my life but Ramada was the worst experience I've had.

Hotel is ok we didn't spend much time in our room. The cleaning staff was very nice and polite. Pool and gym area small. Front desk staff professional. But won't talk money bigger than a $20.00 U.S. bill. So there was one morning we had to go elsewhere for breakfast. Which turned out to be a good change and saved us a few bucks.

This was a truly disappointing experience. There are many great places to stay in Niagara, but this is not one of them. The young staff are very personable and courteous. However, this is heavily countered by their managing staff. Their lack of hospitality and customer service skills is appalling. In the rooms the decor and furniture were outdated. And though this could easily be overlooked, their poor standards of hygiene should not. The room provided had fresh stains on the floor and the bed skirts. And as luck would have it, they had some issues at the time that prevented them from providing their guests with hot water. Simply put if you're looking for a place to store your luggage while you visit Niagara, and can remember to bring an air freshener or two...then this place might be worth your wild.

Enjoyable and convenient. However we had no mini fridge or microwave in our room yet are travel companions did. I found that annoying. The beds are pretty comfortable and service good for the most part.
