Pros: Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, breakfast had several options ( yogurt, fruit, waffles, cereal, toast, eggs, sausage), hot tub was to die for, pool was quiet, had a room for guest laundry. Walking distance to many tourist attractions, including Skywheel and the Falls themselves. Cons: Pool and hot tub were a little hard to find. Hotel was showing some aging - most of the walls I saw had scratched or chipped paint and the grout in the tile could use a deep cleaning. Also whatever they used to clean smelled a little funky.

Reception was excellent at check-in and check-out. Extremely friendly and efficient, was also able to give us a couple toiletries we somehow forgot to pack. Parking seems like it might be limited and they do charge an additional $15 per night for it. Location is pretty good as you can walk to a lot of attractions. Rooms weren't the greatest and a little dated. Walls were pretty thin and looked patched up. There is a fridge in the room but no safes.

Wonderful clean, cheap room with an AWESOME heart shaped jacuzzi tub! Really close to Niagara Falls and other popular tourist attractions. Breakfast was nice with lots of choices and the staff was very friendly.

Overall everything with the hotel was fine. Everything is kind of run down a bit. It was fine but just not the nicest. The receptionist was great and super friendly. Price was good but there is a $15/per day parking fee. And parking spots fill up quick. They may have more spots but we didn't look for them. I'd stay again but just a heads up that it's not the nicest hotel. But it is good.

Reception was friendly and welcoming. The room needs a desperate update though, it's old and tired. The room was a little smelly and the air conditioner did not work. The bathroom was very old looking, with some cracks and rust and could be cleaner. The carpet was also old and not very clean. Unfortunately, the indoor heated pool was freezing and the hot tub felt as though it was at boiling point temperature. The sauna was old and dirty and did not work also : ( The showers in the pool area, did not work at all and they had no light, it was very dark. The location was great though and the staff are nice. The beds were also comfy although they could use a comforter or warmer blanket for the night. The price is too high for the "quality" of building and rooms you are getting. Note: parking is $15 extra (which they compt'd for me, due to AC not working, I thought that was nice of them).
