Older hotel. Could probably find something better in the area though. We enjoyed the Fallsview though. Disappointed with the water park. Hyatt House on the US side has s better breakfast and it’s free. Nice staff though

Stunning view of the falls. The hotel is located at a very good spot near a lot of activity. You can walk and eat and shop near the hotel. They have paid parking but its very conveniently attached to the hotel and can be accessed with elevators. They charge you if you need a fridge in the room and they have NO microwave available. The breakfast is really good and the view from the restaurant is amazing.

Awesome view of the falls. Just over the boarder. Close to Clifton hill (shops and attractions). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food is delicious. -great view with breakfast too.

Beautiful hotel with views of the falls. 30 second walk to the falls themselves. Great service. Have a pool and gym area. Free water and Starbucks downstairs along with 3 gorgeous restaurants Very highly recommended, especially for a few days visiting on your travels

A very nice, upscale hotel with wonderful, friendly staff, beautiful decor, and clean comfortable rooms. Our rooms (614 & 615) had a fabulous view of BOTH falls, from a diagonal angle. The only negatives we're no outside balconies, and NO bar/lounge on the premises (besides a tiny 3-seat "bar" inside the steakhouse restaurant on the 10th floor). The Hard Rock Cafe is right next door though, which I found inconvenient as they don't allow you to take your drink (open or closed) off the premises. ☹️
