I think I would put this hotel as a 2-star rather than a 3-star. There was a lack of a fridge and other amenities most other 3-star hotels would have. The shower head was partially blocked, and the hotel itself could use some maintenance work. However, the rooms were large and clean, and the staff was friendly, and I liked that there was a separate sink outside of the bathroom. There was also a lot of towels, so you will never run out. The location is also pretty good. Short walk to the falls and not far from Clifton hills and other restaurants.

Decent hotel but definitely off the beaten path. She we finally got the tv working we only had local broadcast channels. The room was clean and neat but nothing outstanding, if a little dated. Wish the pool was open after dark. While our no smoking room was odor free, several patrons were sitting outside their doors smoking. The walk to the falls and the entertainment strip was not bad but more than a casual stroll, especially if you plan to walk all along the river bank.

Clean, comfortable, larger than most rooms. Not "updated" but VERY well maintained. The beds were more comfortable than most places in this price range. Front desk was excellent. We'd stay here again.

Room was clean. Staff were awesome. Amanda at the front desk was very friendly and eager to help when I had any questions. Amy at the front desk was very friendly as well. One of the room attendants named Justine was so friendly and genuinely interested in making my stay perfect that it made it feel like home. Breakfast was not included with my room but was so cheap it didn't matter. Food was great. Kitchen staff were also very down to earth and friendly. Will definitely be back.

Less than half a mile from the falls. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Hard to beat the price. Recommended. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable.
