Very dirty room and hallway. Many items broken, rug worn through in spots, curtains torn and frayed, nasty stains in coverlet, mold and mildew on refrigerator. Stayed two nights due to no open rooms elsewhere to move after we checked in. Disgusted and the maid service....wow! Asked for new coverlet...didn’t happen. Might be because she was on her phone while I was talking to her? She removed our towels that were hanging to dry and didn’t give us new ones. Took the bath mat and hand towels and didn’t replace. Breakfast is a joke, very limited. Pool hours from 4-10:00 and no hot tub. Location is nice and room was large, front office staff were polite.

Checked in, saw the state of our room, and it'd be better to drive straight home through the night. -Bought a non-smoking room, and there were cigarette butts under and behind the bed. At least 15 of them. -Pulled back sheets to find A LOT of hair on them. -Found what appeared to be a dead bed bug attached to the comforter -Carpets are stained and missing in places. We paid a decent amount for our room and received no refund.

If I could rate 3.5 I would. This place could use an upgrade in rooms and amenities, but this is no fault of the staff. The staff was wonderful and helpful. This place is sticking in the 80s. Of course it was the least expensive in the general area and if you can't go over to Canada because of our crazy immigration policies now and you are forced to stay on the American side this is one of the best

Great place to stay at. Nothing special about it. Just a plain simple place but location location location what can I say. The trolley stop is close by or you can walk to the falls. You can even see the fireworks from in front of the building.

Staff was nice and distance to the falls was a 15 minute walk. The room had stained bed covers and sheets. The sheets were thread bare and you could see through them. The carpet in the room and hallway is so stained you can't tell what color they are supposed to be. Everything is really old and needs to be replaced. The elevator is really old and small and very slow. I would never stay here again.
