We have visited during the Canada day long weekend. It was very comfortable stay. We booked 10 rooms as we were 10 families. We also got the group discounts. Everything is positive with exception of one of our room's air-condition was not working and the big screen TV & air-condition at the launch was not working hence missed out to watch world cup soccer together . At that time the heat alert was going on at the North bay so staying was a bit uncomfortable . We have requested to fix but they don't have resources to fix it. Overall it was a comfortable stay all in all.

This is a college residence. When you walk in you rmd kitchen/dining area. Off to the side is a bathroom, no Tub, just a shower. The two bedrooms are on the other side of the kitchen/dining area. The beds are very comfortable! We had a wonderful sleep. The kitchen has a stove and a fridge but no microwave. You need to bring all your plates, utensils, etc. We booked this unit for two couples. I thought we would have to pay 2 x the $70 fee. The $70 fee covered payment for both couples!! A very pleasant surprise. The young lady at the counter was very helpful when we checked-in. It was a wonderful stay. We had a great sleep In very clean surroundings. The value was outstanding!!

Stayed over the weekend. 5 Families. It was a great experience. Check in was easy. Rooms Clean, Beds Comfortable, Missing Microwave in the Room and Ability to cook in the rooms was great. A/C Working. WIFI worked at our building only. Lounge was missing pool cues. We could not use their BBQ as it was taken away for a "School Function". However they accommodated by allowing us to use our Portable BBQ is the same place and we all appreciated it. We will be staying more at RCC Properties in the future. As to the staff, we had a lot of questions prior to the booking and they answered all our questions so very helpful & accommodating. Kudos to RCC Northbay !

Okay for going to school. C17 not a great building at all. C19 and C15 and the buildings to be in C19 is the newer building. It includes more furniture in the suites and as well as more room for the bathrooms, and showers!
