I would like to give them 0 stars. The lady is very rude. They have no customer service desk or proper front desk . When you call them the lady has to ask someone for the prices and everyday you call the price for the perticular day is different. They are very unorganized and i would give 0 stars to their accommodation. Their website is so unprofessional it doesn't work and they have no prices on their website and you can't even book on their website. You have to call them and book. Over all who ever books this hotel will be screwed. The location is best but the service is way worse. They don't care about customer service. They don't care wether you book or not they hang up the phone on you. Never booking here ever again

Amazing location. Close to everything. Good WIFI. The place is not fancy but very clean and great service. Small playground at the back with a nice view. They have rooms and small cabins. The price es AMAZING!!!

Location location location!!!!! Is the best regarding location!!! It is 1 minute from shore. You swim from the water and you see your bedroom. All close. Wave runner crossing the parking lot. Mr. Neal is leaving the dream and he help you a lot. All the fun walking distance. Rooms are vintage. But they are awesome for $120 August 20 2016. Room 6 second floor love it. Best view. Full kitchen. With pot and pans. Two good beds. And suuupeeerrr clean. Again is not a 2016 hotel. Is vintage. But it close to water and to all the fun. Will be back again for sure next year. Wasaga has everything you need to have a summer blast vacation. Sadly nobody promote it in the GTA. No need to go to Florida.

This was by far the worst customer service I have ever received. The lady was very rude to me on the phone and lied to me about their pricing. I had called a week before to ask what there rates were and they told me it was $60 per person for four people in a single room with two double beds for two nights, I then called a week later to book and they raised their prices to $65 per person each night. When I told her that this was not the information I had gotten before she began to yell at me saying she has been in business for many years and she knows what she is doing and I don't have any clue. Before I could stick up for myself she had hung up the phone. They are raising there prices and trying to scew people over do not book at this motel.
