Pleasantly surprised with this relatively low-cost hotel. We were there over Canada Day weekend and got a great rate, huge room, and what seemed truly clean. Kids loved the pool, but the saltwater was a little intense. Free underground parking, and the breakfast buffet was amazing. All staff was great. Side note, there was a fire alarm I the middle of the night, but i can't blame the facility itself for this.

Great hotel. One of the elevators was out so that made for a bit a nuisance. But the room was larger than expected and fit well for my family. There was a refrigerator, microwave and huge counter top with sink. The Bistro food was amazing and the price was absolutely delightful! Saves on having to go out and you can have a cozy evening in any of their booths or in your room. The entire room was well kept, and just a short drive away from many of the great attractions. Across the lot is the baseball stadium where you can watch local baseball games for free when they happen or if the Ottawa team is there catch a game for about 12-15$/ticket. Overall, great hotel and I think I will be staying here next time I come to Ottawa! See you soon!

I stayed two nights in a king room with microwave and mini fridge. The room was very nice. It was big, very clean and had lots of towels. Not sure if the fridge was very cold - yes, it was plugged in. The buffet breakfast was great - fresh product. They only have strong coffee, so buy outside if you prefer lighter stuff. They did not clean the room after the first night and did not offer a discount. Do not book directly as you can get a better price online.

Very spacious and clean room. Lots of amenities, great staff, free underground parking. Extra services offered if you desire. Easy location to access. This is an excellent hotel.

Loved the room. Very clean and nicely furnished. I cant speak for the other facilities - except the parking... as we have a plug in hybrid vehicle, we needed to plug our car in, but they only had one charger and it was being used every time we were in the parking lot - till the last night, when we finally got to charge our car. For a hotel this large and busy, they really need more than one charger.
