We had a nice stay here. Very convenient location to the local attractions. Provided gated parking. The front desk attendant was a pleasure to deal with. She was very kind and helpful. The cleaning staff was also very courteous. Everyone always had a smile on. We would have liked a small private safe in our room. They offered use of a safe at the front desk for an additional $10

Location was perfect. Our room (king suite with tub) was beautiful and clean. Everything we needed. You had to pay for breakfast and parking. Only allowed parking until 12 PM next day. Overall I am pleased with the hotel and I would go back.

Dirty and not aging well. Our room had ants. Hair from the previous guest was on the bathroom floor (thankfully long hairs not short). The carpet looks dirty and needs to be replaced. A strip of fake wood was ripped off the front of my nightstand. The jacuzzi was nice. It actually looked pretty new and very clean. The location is also walking distance from restaurants and attractions. When we told them about the ants, the staff was responsive. But it’s time for a renovation and they have to do much better at keeping the place clean!

This was a great hotel for the money. It was super close to the amusement park area of Niagara and close to the view of the American falls. The Canadian falls are about a mile of a trek along the path.. but it's beautiful. The only thing i didn't like was my room was on the first floor work parking directly in front of my window.... So i wasn't able to ever enjoy real light and the room was dimmer than I'd like. Overall i would stay again though!

Location is PERFECT! A block away from the main shopping and arcade area as well as a short walk down the road to the falls. The second time staying in the hotel, I got a free room upgrade which I was very thankful for. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and willing to help/assist with any queries you have either with your room or the town in general. The rooms are spacious and very clean, a very good value for you money especially on a tight budget. I would 100% recommend to anyone heading the Niagara Falls.
