Located at the end of North Street, Plantation House Bed & Breakfast is a beautiful sight, surrounded by gardens. Rose, the host, is friendly and accommodating. There are 2 suites and The Library Room has it's own private bath (located outside of the room) while the upstairs suite has an ensuite. Breakfast was tasty, and comes out hot. Relaxing and luxurious, Plantation House B&B is a perfect setting for some time to unwind!

Fantastic B&B. Great location. We stayed in the room on the 2nd floor, which was wonderful. King sized bed, lots of space, and a lavish ensuite bathroom. Rose was able to accomodate our food allergies, and served a delicious breakfast. Rose even provided fresh cups of tea in to go cups for our drive home. We highly recommend staying if you are in the area.

As newlyweds we spent a magical week at this B&B. Rose the proprietor is a very gracious and warm host and made us feel right at home in her home. Her attention to details and efficiency is displayed throughout the house which is impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. We can still taste her delicious breakfasts and see her cheerful smile in the morning. We highly recommend Rose's Plantation House B&B. Audrey & Sam

Great place to stay with an amazing gourmet breakfast. The facility was very clean and well kept. Bathroom was spa like and beds were very comfortable. Rose the hostess was a very lovely woman who is extremely friendly and very welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for something not only in Port Hope but also Cobourg. Would definitely go back.
