Rooms are fairly clean. Mine faced a commercial property so there was some noise when a truck pulled up at night. Overall pretty good for a discount place.

Location was fine for reaching the downtown/beach area of Kincardine. Rooms are what was expected for the price. Could likely use some work to clean up/fix the place. Not dirty per se, just old/cheap.

Comfortable but sparse room. Good place if you just need a place to stay overnight

The place is very dirty especially bathroom. We actually tried to return key but nobody came. We rented at a different hotel. In the morning when we again tried to return key again nobody came. It's supposed to be 24 hrs. Service. Not acceptable. We couldn't even address our issues with them.
