Dirty rooms, broken doors and unkind customer service. Less than 10 minutes into the room after verbal agreement with staff at reception of $50.00 for 45 minutes , owner/manager knocks at the door kicking me out of the room because the room was already booked. I demanded a reason as to why 10 minutes of use of this pig sty would cost me $50 , particularly when a verbal agreement had taken place . I urged this individual to better train or communicate with his daughter/ staff and that was not on me if that nasty room was overbooked. Minutes in after a heated discussion this individual agreed to return only $20.00 dollars to me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY INTO THIS PLACE! Ps: I want to personally know who makes $30 in less than 10 minutes??? #disgusted

Need to be moved to four different rooms. All are either washroom not functioning properly,AC or the room itself won't make you feel comfortable. Last room that we had was still broken with bathroom but we're just tired so we took it. But 10 minutes after being in bed. Bed bugs started to come out. So gross and terrifying.

Do Not Go Here! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The Pictures look nothing like how they keep it FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! Very very Poor service .. the Room was terribly dirty , had bugs in the spa tub, fridge smelt horrible & when asked to clean the room for us, we went out .. Came back 4hrs later & still was not cleaned. Not only was the room really dirty.. the hotel manager & staff were very rude to us after we had complained politely about the state of the room.. also the manager was yelling at us to get out without wanting to refund our money..the room was unsafe the chain lock was falling out of the door frame. Upon arrival the manager was already having issues with other customers there. & the staff also likes to lie & twist there stories around to make it seem like the customer is the problem when in actuality it’s them.. regardless the customer is always right & they don’t understand or care for there customers period. Wouldn’t stay here ever again even if it was the last place that was available for free .. the owner really needs to check the staff they hire & make sure there keeping the property safe , clean & respecting there customers.. I put this out there so no one goes through what we did there. We left & had to find another hotel at 11:30am with our daughter who suffers from Autism. Such a trashy hotel & staff
