This is my favorite hotel in downtown Detroit. Room is spacious and very clean. The view is incredible. It is connected to the GM building, very convenient. Stuff are nice and helpful. Plus the rate is very reasonable. Definitely will stay again.

Wow! My 6 day stay at this hotel was incredible. The staff was extremely accommodating. Starting with Justin, the front desk and the rest of the front desk staff were patient and giving throughout our trip. The room was large for the area we stayed in. The pool and hot tub were clean. The view from our room was beautiful. They even watched our bags while we walked around the city before our flight. I will stay here again!

HORRIBLE DON'T BOOK HERE Never book a room here, i checked in through mobile check when I arrived i was told that even using mobile check in does secure your room, second i requested a handicap accessible room that i didn't receive, third I call for sheets for the sofa bed and it took them an hour to bring them to the room. I requested a handicap accessible room when i mentioned it to the desk clerk i was told the only one available was on the 24 floor and with two queen beds when i paid for a king suite, then upon checking out they ran my credit three times the amount of the room. My card should have only been billed 460.00 and they billed me 1468.00 for one room, then had the nerve to tell me that it was my financial institution fault, clearly my financial institution did not run my credit card three times. Now I have to wait 7-10 business days to see if these transactions fall off and i'm only charged for the one room, if not then i have to dispute the claim. if you don't want your credit card swiped fraudulently then don't use this hotel. Miserable Stay! Not up to Marriott standards. WiFi is unusable, even after paying $15 for premium! As a business traveler this is a non-starter for me. Also - room was COLD! Thermostat is one of those dummy ones that fools you into thinking you changed the temperature. It will not go above 74, and when set at 74, my phone says 68. Housekeeping did a quick tidy only -- didn't empty trash the first day, and there was something sticky on the bathroom floor my whole visit -- I just laid a towel over it so I didn't have to think about it. The location is great and convenient to all that downtown Detroit has to offer, but stay at the Marriott across the street unless you like cold-drafty hotel rooms!

We were seated right away on a Sunday evening. We had great service (Namir our server) and our food was very good, (tho my biscuit and gravy was pretty dry & hard, but maybe they were leftover from breakfast, I'm sure) Great location, amazing restaurant, seems pretty well staffed.
