HORRIBLE DON'T BOOK HERE
Never book a room here,
i checked in through mobile check when I arrived i was told that even using mobile check in does secure your room, second i requested a handicap accessible room that i didn't receive, third I call for sheets for the sofa bed and it took them an hour to bring them to the room. I requested a handicap accessible room when i mentioned it to the desk clerk i was told the only one available was on the 24 floor and with two queen beds when i paid for a king suite, then upon checking out they ran my credit three times the amount of the room. My card should have only been billed 460.00 and they billed me 1468.00 for one room, then had the nerve to tell me that it was my financial institution fault, clearly my financial institution did not run my credit card three times. Now I have to wait 7-10 business days to see if these transactions fall off and i'm only charged for the one room, if not then i have to dispute the claim. if you don't want your credit card swiped fraudulently then don't use this hotel.
