The desk staff is rude and unprofessional. This hotel is like a homeless shelter. The back door is supposed to be lock they have duck tape on it so any one can walk in which is not safe for customers. My room was not vacuum good the towels .and wash clothes are cheap thin and rough something you would use to wash your car. This the first hotel I have stayed in and the .towels and wash clothes .was not fluffy. I would recommend bring your own. Kids running all over to and from the pool with no .supervisor. 1 star because you have to give something. I would .not recommend this place to my worse enemy.

The staff is friendly, and the place is pretty clean. The blackout curtains really work. There was a computer and printer available, which was nice. The mini fridges in the rooms have an actual separate freezer compartments. The air conditioning doesn't work very well. Bring your own toiletries. They provide shampoo and soap, but meh...maube I'm spoiled but it was not quality stuff and there wasn't much of it.

I visited this hotel a few years back and it was pretty nice. However, my visit on July 14th 2018 was not good. The room was dirty, the hallways were dirty and the guests made the experience dreadful. There was a guest with a dog that was in the pool area, guests were drinking and doing drugs in the parking lot and the hallways were wet from other guests using the pool without shoes. Stay away from this hotel. At $96 dollars a night it’s not worth it.

Got a great night's sleep since the beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and nice. It had a cute window seat. The only drawback was very small towels, the shampoo came in packets, and the lot was not plowed. So, double check as you pack to bring your own shampoo,etc. if possible. Otherwise, this hotel was not too bad.
