This hotel was.. interesting. There was nothing wrong with the room itself. It was nice to have all the necessary stuff to cook, and it had a fridge. The TV was also nice. The front desk lady was helpful and nice enough. The issue was that the front desk was inside a restaurant which was locked when we first got there. Also, the whole set if buildings seemed to be under a fire code violation warning. Considering the price, we could not complain too much.

***Waning: This hotel is also called Dundas Suites and Apartments*** I would give 0 stars if I could. When we got there, the first thing we saw was all the fire code violations that were posted right on the door, then we couldn't even get into the "lobby" because the door was locked. The lobby was a mess, under renovation and extremely disorganized. Then when we got taken to the room, the stairs and hallways smelled like pee,. Then we got into the room, which was extremely small. The bed had stains all over it and lots of hairs all over it. The walls were all marked up. Probably the worst thing was the walls were PAPER thin. You could hear people whispering that was how thin the walls were. Parking is VERY tight, like only room for maybe 4 smalls cars. The staff wasn't awful. You really could not communicate with them properly but they were nice and understanding. In the end, we left the hotel even when the payment was nonrefundable and found a nicer place to stay. 3rd party websites made it look a lot nicer then it was and we feel as we were massively ripped off. DO NOT GO. Good luck.

It would have been nice to have access to a refrigerator, or even an ice machine. That's the biggest flaw. The staff however, are very polite and willing to assist in any way possible.

Worst place ever, very disorganized, me and my family arrived there at 6, and 10 on August 24, no one is there, not highly recommended to go there even though it's cheap. I even called 3 phone numbers and no one picks up. Very disappointed and angry.
