DO NOT STAY HERE! They will increase the price and not tell you. Even if you have an e-mail confirmation. We have been long-time customers at this hotel, staying multiple times per year for the last 5+ years. We had booked a room a few months ago for a reasonable rate and received a confirmation e-mail. When I was checking in, I signed the normal paperwork and then realized the rate was over 40% higher than the rate I booked. I called my wife out of the car to make sure we booked for the lower rate. She had the e-mail to prove it. The front desk told us they could not change the rate but that the manager would be in on Saturday to fix it. On Saturday we dropped by the front desk to make sure everything had been changed. The front desk was confrontational to say the least! They told us the manager doesn't work on the weekend and that we would have to pay for the rate we signed (40% higher). We asked to speak to the manager but were told they could not be reached. Sunday we checked out, forced to pay for the higher rate but were told to call the manager on Monday when they were working and they may refund us the additional cost. On Monday we finally got a hold of the manager only to find out there will be no refund, we had to pay the higher rate. This is no way to treat a loyal customer. We will never go back to this hotel or any Best Value Inn in the future.

I was in a kitchenette on a monthly rate for the month of Apr. I was there so I could be close to my mare having a foal close by.. I absolutely loved it!! The staff were awesome & although I did my own house keeping the staff always were there to help or give me anything I needed.. Lots of room quiet surrounds & so close to everything.. Everything was very clean when I arrived & I left very satisfied.. My reservations are already booked for later this year!!

Rooms were great! Loved the swimming pool and friendly young man at front desk. Didn't try the breakfast as there were lots of people there and only scrambled eggs left for hot breakfast.

Visiting friends staying here. They had a spacious room with a housekeeping unit(mini fridge and stove.) Lots of room for the four of us.On ground level,they had a lovely little cafe table out a back door to sit, giving a fresh take on a patio.

Check in was quick, polite, and easy. This hotel is actually a motel though, so our room was in the second building and the room door opens to the outside. I knew this when booking, but didn't consider the fact that the heat would be turned down to save energy (since it isn't one building) and the room took a long time to warm up, even with the heat cranked. Room size was good (two double beds). Bathroom was fine. The room is a little outdated and the beds weren't the most comfortable, but it was definitely satisfactory. Breakfast in the morning was standard continental breakfast plus some warm scrambled eggs and sausages. The hotel was almost fully booked the night I stayed, but breakfast wasn't busy at all. Overall the stay was fine and what was expected at the price point offered.
