I've waited long enough before writing this review. Stayed there 3 weekends ago and can't imagine ever going back. Got to the hotel and the place had people smoking cigarettes and weed in the hallways even though they had a smoke free environment listing. I had to get up early in the morning but unfortunately could not fall asleep before 4 am because this place was like a raging frat house. Music was playing loud throughout the establishment to the point where all the covers and pillows stuffed over my head weren't enough to block out the noise. People were screaming and running in the corridors, I heard screaming and crying in the hallways and banging on my door and walls as there were fights going on.. I could even hear punches landing. This went on without anything being done by the hotel. I would've left and gone to another hotel that same night but unfortunately, I was legitimately afraid that leaving my room was putting myself in harms way.
Left a complaint with management but to my disappointment, no one reached out to me in 3 weeks, i'm not sure which is worst.. the overnight at this hotel or the lack of care from management.
I have traveled across the world and back, stayed in hostels and questionable establishments in troubled areas but never in my life have I had to experience a stay like this. Absolutely ridiculous.
