Nice hotel! Gym was very good. Our room was spacious and the noise level from the hallway was not an issue. Housekeeping was very accommodating when I asked for extra coffee and soap. (Our stay was 7 days) Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant were very nice.

Our room beautiful! Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet very good. No newspaper available to take with us. Cold water in our car for our day trip ' definitely a plus!

The staff here really went Adobe and beyond for us. Helpful, friendly, accommodating. The hotel is set up for just about any event. However dated the inside may be they try there best to please their guest. I enjoyed the lobby bar even with its identity crisis.

Beautiful room, fantastic amenities and great location. Staff were friendly and were able to find a solution for parking our truck that was too tall for the underground parking. Nice to walk along the waterfront and walk to many sites in beautiful Charlottetown.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Charlottetown. Top class amenities, extremely helpful staff and some of the best crustaceans in the world served at numerous local establishments. The view of the Harbor was just amazing.
