Good breakfast, nice staff (accommodated my bike in indoor storage with only minor convincing needed). Loved the music playing at breakfast! The areas are quite clean and tidy. The four stars is because there are some large, energetic daddy-long-legs in the women's washroom in the basement. I did bring that to the attention of the staff the first time I stayed here, but they (the spiders), or maybe their enterprising neighbours, were still there 10 days later. Spiders notwithstanding, I would recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again myself.

This inn is decent to stay. It is a good location near to central of Charlottetown. It is close to hot spots in downtown and Victoria park as well. The breakfast is fresh and clean. Plus the room is clean. I booked only one night because I wasn't sure how this Inn would be like, but I extended one more day. I wish I could stay more days. I love Prince Edward Island. This island is much better than I expected. I highly recommend visiting this island and this inn offers a good price to stay longer.^^

Good value - exceptional service and location. Breakfast was delicious, it included continental with a hot item switched up daily. I would not recommend room #12. We were here during a hot spell, our air conditioning did not work well and was not able to be fixed. Our bathroom was not functional - it had an extremely small vanity with no counter space. For these reasons I reduced the star rating.

Looks like a Bed and Breakfast but with the privacy of a hotel. Large rooms with private bathrooms a block from the bay. Definitely worth staying here.
