No stars. The room we got for 3 women was completely filthy there was a sticky candy ring pop stuck to the floor behind the bed, a corona bottle lid also laying on floor and used matches in various place around the room, it was NOT vacummed, the towels were so wrinkled they looked like they were taken off the floor and folded up again to put it on the rack. The room itself had a musty, damp, pee like Odor, their idea of trying to covering up this smell was hiding dryer sheets behind the bed frames and in various drawers of the furniture. Also only one roll of toilet paper, no extras in room. Limescale build up on the "jacuzzi jets" in the bathtub. They said it was no smoking but we also found butts from previous occupents. Upon more inspection of the room, we found white powder on the creases of the room, from experience that's usually bed bug powder. After arriving and seeing our room we immediately went to the front to ask to change rooms or get our money back. They acted like they could not hear us ringing the bell, pounding the door, or beeping our horn. What if there was an emergency in one of there rooms? Or as stated previous, needed to have more toilet paper. After no sleep and sharing our experience with the owner, they acted like they didn't understand English and were telling us WE, the customers, are wrong. I will be taking this to the health board and anywhere I can. We paid 150$ for this experience to not even be reimbursed atleast half. It was room 27.
