The staff was very kind....they gave us a very beautiful room....it was an excellent experience and a very good price...we tried staying at another hotel earlier in the night. However, we found dirty pants and underwear in the first room they put us in. They moved us to another room and we found pubic hairs and bugs in the bed. We told them we were leaving and wanted our money back. The staff said they would have to keep a cleanup fee. Can you imagine...ckean up fee for two rooms that we left because they were dirty and not fit to stay in..........to find Holiday Inn Express was such a blessing....I can say enough good about the staff and the room itself.

I had an amazing time here! Can't wait to go back again. The beds were wonderful and the bathroom was lovely. Hot breakfast added a nice touch before checking out.

This is an excellent hotel!!! I have chemical allergies and the staff completely accommodated me! I was extremely impressed! They provided documentation of the products that they use to clean the room. They prepared the room perfectly for me. The staff was very professional, courteous and friendly. They took very good care of me. I also travelled with my little hypoallergenic dog and they were very wonderful with him. The breakfast was very tasty - eggs, sausage, ham, toast (gluten-free too!), juices, cereals. The staff was very helpful. They were always smiling and checking that I was happy. I recommend this hotel! It is excellent! Many thanks again to Catherine and Marie-Pier and all the staff! You guys were wonderful!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room and amenities were fantastic and clean. Did friendly is always a plus.

Staff were very nice and had clean rooms. Pool was a good size. Breakfast was tasty.
