The hotel is new, modern and clean. However, we stayed overnight for a work function and decided to leave the restaurant we were at for dinner and have cocktails at the hotel bar.... which is non-existent. The front receptionist sold beer, wine and liquor and you could drink in the large lobby. The front desk/bar was weird and she didn't have any ice for the drinks but suggested we go to third floor for ice. The complementary breakfast the next morning was well...definitely free. Only yogurt, fruit, toast, cereal and hard boiled eggs were available. The hotel looks so nice that I expected more. Just go out for Tim's breakfast sandwich if you want to feel full. The rooms themselves were large enough and clean which was most important, for that sole reason would stay again.

I stayed at other properties from the"Grand Times hotels" and it is, to my knowledge their best property! The people at the front desk were very helpful and the lobby is trendy, practical and comfortable; comfortable because if you call a cab you may have to wait 20-25 minutes before it gets there. The hotel is in the same complex add the convention center so this is probably important to know if this is where you have to go during your trip.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Love the atmosphere and architecture! Wish there was one in southwestern Ontario.

Pros: Quiet, clean hotel. Nice design + good continental breakfast. Welcoming staffs Cons: Noisy heating system. Had a hard time to sleep. Unstable temperature in the room. Had to adjust the thermostat many times during my stay (including in the middle of the night). Not enough light in the bathroom. Nice design but not practical when it comes the time to shave.

What I did not like overpriced no breakfast included the security deposit non sence non of hotel we visited during our traveling do that I did not mind it but dose not make sence 1 22ml shampoo for 3 person no coffee machine in room 2 glasses to be used for drinking flipped up side down on the sink without any plastic cover you wash your hand and jerms all over them the sofa bed and the pillow were not comfortable what I did like modern new building the interier is clean but I will stick with the pro in the hotels business for the next time.
