Great place to stay close to Bromont activities such as the water park and biking. Breakfast included is a basic continental. Priced right for what you get.

We booked at Hotel Bromont to have a ski and stay weekend in Bromont. It is 2 minutes from Bromont ski resort, has a pool and hot tub, and decent sized rooms. Our package included a continental breakfast. The hotel is close to restaurants and shopping in Bromont. We would stay there again.

The service was OK, breakfast buffet had a few healthy choices like boiled eggs, whole grain breads, not too sweet cereals. I really appreciated that part. However the pool was disappointing. Jacuzzi was bot warm enough and didn't look clean, the room was quite cold. In the pool showers the water kept on changing unpredictably. It is not a bad choice though!

Worst hotel ever! We were told the pool closes at 10, but the staff let someone have a pool party until 12:30 am. The screaming children and drunken adults can be heard from both ends of the hall on the floor above the pool, making it impossible to sleep. The phone at reception is ringing off the hook, so we're obviously not the only ones complaining, but we were told there's nothing they can do. There's no air conditioning in our room so we opened the window, but cigarette smoke kept wafting in and we had to close it, making the room hot and stuffy. The layout of the room only allows one person to watch TV from the bed, and the placement makes it difficult to hear. There are no lamps (only awkward overhead lighting with switches out of reach), and the hot tub drains inexplicably. Never coming back here.

The staff was rude, incompetent, or both. Guests were allowed to roam the halls drunk and bother everyone around them. Children were running around the pool and throwing balls, towels and chairs around with no supervision or intervention. I will never go back to this place, it was one of tbe worst hotel experiences of my life.
