The hotel was really nice. It was clean. The lobby was really cool because of the colour, setup including the fire which was really cool. Also the pool was really nice. The only thing i would change is the colour of the roofs. Everything looks good until you look up and looks so sketch. Overall i really liked it.

Toilette seat was really dirty; it's clear that the bathroom was really quickly done. The cleaning staff had already left but the admin staff were really nice and offered me another room even if I knew that the hotel was full; good on them for that... I hope it was just a singular event as beside that all was good and the rest of my colleagues were satisfy.

Stayed the nights of February 17 and 18, recently renovated clean rooms and friendly staff, with indoor parking available which is a bonus in the Canadian winter. Had a penthouse suite overlooking the lake. Continental breakfast was alright. Overall had a good stay, perfect for one or two nights.

Very nice hotel. These pics are the view from my window. The hotel is in the center of the city and near this gorgeous lake. The view was even better at night. Our double Room was a good size and clean. All of the worker were very nice and patient with me and my bad French! The only reason why I didn't give 5stars was because the continental breakfast wasn't the best.

Great staff but no control over noisy customer. One would hope that you can go to a 170+$ hotel and have a quiet night of sleep and at least, a way to have a cup of coffee in the evening or morning without having to go down to the hall. This is kinna sad. Looking good is one thing, not delivering is another. They did not deliver.
