Probably a 3 + * but I gave it a 4 for the following reasons. Although it's a little bit run-down, the room is big, clean, has all of the functionality that you may want, such as mini kitchen, a fridge, parking, an outdoor pool, a table with 2 chairs, a desk with a chair, good Wi-Fi, cutlery, etc. The bed was a little squeaky. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance. Good value for the price.

Good value for the price. Our room was conveniently located, clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We appreciated being able to walk to restaurants and pubs. We will be back the next time we're visiting in Lenoxville.

I was at the motel Lennoxville 4 days ago, I spend 4 nights with my little family. My husband and I and my 4 little one. The staff were very nice, very friendly and welcome as we were family. They make you feel at home. They speak both English and French fluently. I rent the the room with a kitchen included. At our arrival the first thing we noticed was the wonderful smell of the room. The room was clean, bed comfortable and clean sheet every day. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you need which was very helpful with the kids around. They have a pool that we didn't have a chance to use due to our busy schedule and activities we had to do. Over all , we had a wonderful experience and we encourage everyone to book their room there, you will not regret it. We are already planning to go back next year.
