My first time in Canada. The staff here made feel very welcome. Impeccably clean rooms and outstanding service. There was an issue with my credit card upon check-in due to travelling to another country. They were very patient and worked with me until I was able to get the issue resolved.

Very friendly service... Almost over the top... Greeted by very smiling and happy reception... Not only by one that was on staff when we arrived but by every worker for 3 days .... Very organized, Clean, and efficient hotel....

Well appointed rooms, clean and quiet. Bathrooms are excellent with no shortage of water pressure and hot water (which isn't always easy to find, even in nicer properties). In-room internet speed was excellent. Downstairs café was very nice, good breakfast with good coffee. I had Eggs Benedict and a Latte and it was delicious and served promptly. Whenever I am in town on business I will likely stay here.

We've had so many bad interactions with the front desk personnel, that Google even says that it's too much information. All that for one night. Not a property for couples. Not a property for business travellers looking for a quiet stay (hockey kids running all over the place and terrorizing the pool). Not a property that wants to do anything for Marriott Elite members. Not a property for anyone having business downtown. All together a property to avoid at all cost, unless you want to use it as a jungle gym for your kids.

Excellent food for a hotel. Workout room was great. Very nice building.
