Nice enough place, but it could use some work. Stayed with a group on a business trip and got to see a few of the rooms. Mine was nice except for the terrible loud and inconvenient air conditioning unit. Others had poor repair jobs, ply wood filling gaps around the AC and generally dates looking. Staff are very nice, and the breakfast is excellent compared to most Hotel breakfast. Now here is a HUGE detail everyone must know. This is RIGHT under a flight path. Close enough you can see the people faces in the plane windows as they go over head. I get that it's by the airport and it is to be expected. But this was LOUD. Also sketchy back doors to lower level rooms that is adjacent to a sketchy apartment building parking lot doesn't add to the feeling of security.

This was my second time staying there. For my first visit, I would've rated the hotel at 5 stars (not because it's a five star hotel, but they did very well for a 2/3 star hotel). I had no problems whatsoever my first visit, but during the second there were several issues: 1. There were no blinds but the thin white one. You could easily peak through into the suite, and the sunlight was blaring in the morning. 2. Only one outlet by the desk was working. The other one appeared to have been fried or something. It was making an electrical sizzling sound when I tried to plug into the outlet there. 3. None of the lights worked but the main one. There are two nightstands beside the bed. The lights on them were not working. Neither was the power. 4. It's easy to hear other guests/staff on the first floor of rooms, but it wasn't too bad when I visited. They also offer free breakfast, but I never had the opportunity to join during this time.

Stayed here for the Canada day long weekend. I was last minute with my looking so this is one of the few hotels that still had space. I have no complaints. The place was clean and well kept.

Room was fine. Uses very loud air conditioner which didn't shut off. WiFi reception was OK to bad depending on the time of day. Overall it was fine but there are better for the price.

Unfriendly hostile service. Did not give us towels after repeatedly asking. Had to track down the room service individual to get some. Messed up our deposit charging fee and had to spend extra time clearing up extra charge after our stay. Nice clean rooms but they really need to work on their service.
