The person in charge rented our room while we were at the festivities in town. When we came back and were informed of the situation, the owner refused to make things right and help us find somewhere else to sleep. I would not recommend doing business with them after what happened to us.

Séjour de 2nts en août. Deuxième fois à cet établissement. Première fois en 2009. Les chambres sont vraiment de base mais je l'adore pour son emplacement, sa propreté, le confort des lits et la vue/accès sur la fameuse plage de St-Irenée. Je prend tjrs le 2e étage pour une meilleure vue. Le train de Charlevoix passe juste devant. Son arrêt est à proximité de l'htl. Gros bémol; les chambres n'ont pas d'air climatisé. Il y faisait très chaud mais ils le savent... il y a un ventilateur sur pied dans la chambre. Ça aide mais l'air restait chaud. Les fenêtres s'ouvrent mais il faisait trop chaud pour que ça fasse une différence. La petite fenêtre de la sdb s'ouvre aussi et donne sur le bois derrière. C'est agréable. Le service est très professionnel, courtois et chaleureux. Le resto adjacent offre une carte simple mais belle pour le souper. Tout était bien apprêtée, savoureux et bien présenté. Choix de bières locales. Le petit dej buffet (10$/pers) était simple mais si bon. Les confitures maison étaient pur délice. Un mauvais souvenir toutefois... la musique qui jouait lors du petit dej. était du latino party "dans le tapis" très forte. Très désagréable. Heureusement le lendemain matin c'était pas le cas.
