Much better for advanced booking. Used to stay at vercisde, too many promises never met here. Nice hotel staff not up keeping promises. We come 3_4 times per year. Very disappointed with Petra.zzz

The room was comfortable but there package deals are deceiving. Tubing package does not include tubing. You still have to buy tickets to go tubing. Website should be changed so not to mislead you. If you purchase a package it should at least included one ticket for tubing. Buyer beware.

Clean cute motel with fireplace but bring your own logs to burn they charge way too much

I wouldn’t say I expect everything to be perfect but I do expect things on a certain level when paying to stay somewhere. Arriving at the hotel the first room they brought us into smelled like cigarette smoke, the second room was better but far from being good,The furniture and the decorations are very outdated and the bathroom was an just disgusting, there was no bathroom supplies the white grout was black, there were human pubic hairs on the floor and behind the door , The bottom floor is directly looking onto the parking lot and the Jacuzzi sits right on the parking lot also, there is a $10 fee per person , If you are looking for a place that is romantic, or a place that would be safe for your children I would not think this would be the right hotel. This hotel is good for a quick night rest and hitting the road again but not for a vacation. This hotel is not clean nor would I ever recommend anyone to stay here.
