Front desk clerk was very friendly, the room was clean and the wifi signal there was very good. The only minor negatives was that there a few malfunctioning electrical outlets and the bathtub was too small for a guy my size ( I'm 6'2"). Still a decent place to stay though and the price was right.

Made a reservation. The reception closed early. They let that know by mail at +/- 20u. Message said to call them. No one answered for the rest off the evening. So we had to book something else. No appologies, no explain the other day, nothing! We had to go to the Ambassader hotel, which was really luxury and great.

Inexpensive, basic, but clean. Run by to brothers who speak English very well. Small convenience store there. Running, biking and skating path 5 minutes behind the motel. Meanders right along the St. Lawrence. Wildflowers of many varied colors around.

This place is an acceptable alternative to a Quebec City motel. It is about 8 minutes by car on 4 lane hwys. St. Hubert restaurant is a 3 min walk which is nice to have close by. Cora,s and MacDonalds is so within a walk. As for quality it is fine. We paid far more for less in our other Gaspe Pennisula trip motels not near a major center. The room was "old and tired" but smelled fine and was clean. It had a table, 2 chairs, large dresser, bar fridge/freezer, a/c. The shower stall (no bathtub) is tiny. If you are much larger than average it may be awkward.
