Very cosy motel and lovely atmosphere. The bed was comfy and an exceedingly large king size. Would highly recommend for a comfortable and clean stay in Saint Jean.

Motel was clean , just the réception person was not very client oriented! Maybe because we were there with a group but personel needs more professionalisme with the client. Otherwise, you have à gorgeous view on the River!

If I could give it no stars I would. From getting here and them not having our reservations correct, l booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. They had 1 room 5 people one night. They then spoke in French to each other, she was swearing, and after 5 min said to me I'm "lucky" they can accommodate me. Really? No bath towels in our room. Hair drier didn't work. TV didn't work more then it did. Served continental breakfast in the morning but you can't take it with you back to your room "it's written right there (he points) and in the back of your ticket". I explain that I just wanted some cherios for the baby, nope cannot leave the room with it. They actually stand at the door to police this policy. Apparently for my $140. a night the can't afford to allow their toast and jam to leave the room. Every encounter I had with these people gave the impression that you were imposing. For that kind of money I will stay somewhere they are happy to have my business. One upside they had hot water but no ice for your drinks. Many, many nicer places out there. FAIL!!
