Had a really bad experience staying here. First off, we had booked our room in advance since we had to stay there for a wedding which we were part of. When we made the reservations, we said we needed 2 double beds as we were going to be either 2 or 4 people. When the 4 of us showed up, they told us all they had for us was a room with a king bed ...after 2 hours , they found a room for us but told us it was going to be 40$ more . We asked them where it was indicated that it was 40$ more for 4 people and no one could answer us. Our reservation clearly stated the reservation was for 2 beds and did not say it was for only 2 people . ( regardless, we told them we were going to be 4 people when we made the reservation). The woman serving us was rude during this whole process, barely made eye contact, refused to accommodate us and did not care if we left disappointed with our stay. At this point, it really wasn't about the 40$ but more about the fact this was clearly not communicated to us and felt they probably took advantage of the fact they knew we had to stay at that hotel because of the wedding we were attending. Oh yeah and also, the rooms had a very overwhelming chemically smell.

Comfortable. 4 star hotel. Good service from the friendly staff.

We had the menu découvertes. Everything was absolutely delicious and the wine served paired perfectly. The staff is knowledgeable and so professional. The ambiance is great too. Definitely a go-again place.

DISAPPOINTING. Very expensive. The staff not that pleasant. The room, although well decorated, was uncleaned. I submitted a complained but no one responded. I will not return nor do I recommend. There is no microwave anywhere for clients to use and the fridge was very small.

Fantastic rooms. Big and spacious. Ultra clean.
