Stayed there very short notice. Didn't want to go farther in-island. For the price, it's exactly what you expect. It's old, outdated, but it's clean and comfy. The staff is very nice and serviable. That said, I was told that the owner will be completely renovating the place, floor by floor, and should be done for 2019. Looking forward to seeing it and trying it out. :)

I had a bad experience to share with you all. On 19th May2018, my family and my brother's family all together 3 kids, 4 adults including one senior person had a trip to montreal and we booked 2 rooms in Hotel Le Prestige for one night, well in advance 2 weeks prior to our trip. As per the schedule we reached the hotel in the evening to check- in and we were told they cannot provide us the room because they had over booking in that particular day. As per the agreement if they are not giving us the room they should arrange another room in their cost, but the manage Mr.Orlando has comepletely disagreed with this and behaved arrogantly to us. They demanded us to leave the premise immediately because they have lot other customers during that time. Our travel partner also tried to speak to them and nothing worked out. We spend around 2 hours in the hotel lobby during this bargain. I have a very humple request to all of the future guests who are planning to make a trip to montreal and getting this hotel for your accomodation, make sure you have one more hotel confirmation ready before starting your trip, or else your days can be spoiled bargaining with useless people like them. Have a great day to all of you...

Awful customer service. First they gave us the wrong room so we walked in on a burly half naked french dude laying on his bed. One of the beds in the room is on a slope and the fold out couch is completely destroyed. Bathroom lights didnt work and the toilet ran all night... they gave us another room and the air conditioner was not turning on so they told us "it takes a while to warm up" so I had to go out to buy an extension cord because they didnt have any........the croissants weren't bad though

Rooms are decent but not well lit and smell different. Hotel seems well cleaned. Location is okay, right next to restaurants, Walmart etc but a bit away from downtown though there are Ubers and buses close by

Hotel Prestige??? This place should be seriously inspected. Here with the family for Comicon weekend. Saving $$ in Montreal, not a great idea. If this place was $59 a night, it would be understandable. Where do I start...pulling in, the front entrance has been hit by something large, and not repaired. Checked in, gave us key to a room that is already occupied... AWKWARD. Got key to another room, light bulbs no replaced, unable to turn on table lamps as turn switch missing on both. T.V. from the 80's. Wi-Fi disappeared. Carpet is gross. Furniture looks like the stuff McDonalds got rid of 15 years ago. Red light bathroom...why? Green sludge for water in pool along with green moss or mold. We are leaving. I cannot imagine what is in the beds and linens. See photos. Awful. #localguide
