The breakfast was amazing. I have never had breakfast before like this at any of the Best Westerns I have stayed at. This location goes above and beyond for customer service and satisfaction. The rooms have been renovated with vinyl flooring and I was very pleased with it. I'm not crazy about the carpeting floors. This location goes above and beyond 24/7 to make sure every guest is feeling welcome and satisfied. My only concern was the pool and had a little too much chlorine and the water was foggy. But that's something the hotel can fix right away.

This is one of the best Best Western Hotels I have stayed at. It almost feels a little like a resort. You walk in the front door and ahead downstairs you see the pool, and a large breakfast room. Caring staff. One of the best breakfasts I have experienced at a Best Western Hotel. Platter of fresh fruit, hot eggs, croissants, etc. Even a microwave if you want to cook your own. The gentleman working breakfast on Saturday morning was very warm and attentive.

Overall I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and check-in and check-out were a breeze. The complimentary breakfast was great and the renovated rooms were nicely finished and appointed. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend this hotel to others.

Good location. Ample of parking space. Smiling welcome at the hotel desk. Clean room. Whisperng A/C!!..No carpet, no dust. Clean bathroom. Modern TV but no digital programing. Great breakfast.Good coffee. Polite hotels crew. Five stars. I'll be back, for sure.

We stayed at New Years at this hotel for 6 nights! We loved it 👍 for a 2.5 stars hotel it is equivalent to 3.5 stars. Very clean , friendly and everything is so great. We decided to visit Laval again this July from Vancouver, we rebooked the same hotel for 4 nights ! Again I will give them 5 stars for their exceptional hospitality! The gentleman at the front desk is awesome! Bravo 👏! He even remembered us when we entered the hotel . All I have to say , Thank you for a great leadership owners and managers. I will definitely stay again next time visiting Laval . As I said in the previous review! This hotel is much better than Sheraton which is located 2 klm away. Thank you again 👍
