Amazing experience here. Did a half day pass here with friends and absolutely loved it. So many different areas to explore, it was by far the most relaxing day I’ve ever had. Clean, organized and always a staff member around to help with anything you may need. Avoid the food though, it’s pretty bad according to what my friends ordered.

Firstly I never knew about this place, I was familiar with some of the hot spot spas around Montreal, but was unaware of this one. But I'm glad I got to experience it. Firstly the area is pretty large and looks amazing especially at night with all the different colored lights in the water and outside. There's quite a few hot tub or pool areas, a ton of saunas in and around the place and within close proximity of one another. Some of my favorites were the Russian and Turkish baths. Area is pretty quiet during the day, if it gets too loud a staff member will come around and ask to you to be quiet to ensure everyone around is relaxed. Staff are very friendly and the grounds are always clean no matter where you are, some areas were messy but staff is constantly watching and cleaning areas to make sure it's as clean as possible. I did manage to stay at the hotel also, room was clean, standard typical hotel room, spacious and very clean with typical amenities, and if you stay the night or few nights there is a discount on the spa areas and a free breakfast which consists of a few bagels, packaged eggs, juice, coffee and some danishes in a buffet or pick up and go style. My only negatives for the spa were the food prices at the bistro and parking. Food is ok but does not warrant the price they're charging and parking is not the best the spots will fill up fast especially mid day, so if you want to find a spot close I would recommend coming early to get a good or close spot, and also avoid the huge lines that come. All in all a wonderful experience had a great time, will be returning again in the near future.

I bought a certificate for this spa that people I know raved about it while we were in pandemic times. December 29 2020 These cards were for a day spa. Called this morning to reserve a spot august 13, 2022 to be told. You can only book a block of 4 hours because they only had 5 pm spot left. Then she said you can only book block of 1/2 day because it’s over a year and now it’s just worth the value of the amount that I paid for. ??? What! I just don’t understand why you buy a certificate which supposed to be with no expiration date but have a clause like that? I never went and honestly I already hate the place. For me it’s a no no way of being It was a worst first impression. I won’t shoot the messenger for she just says what she is told. Honestly I’m discouraged with places like this. When you sell something you should get what you paid for. one star is way too generous.

The spa itself is great. There were a lot of baths and sauna to try, they were all nice. The bistro food was average and a bit expensive. We have mixed feelings about our stay. First off, there was a huge hole in the parking entrance and it was really hard to navigate the parking and find a spot. We were hoping to go to our room from time to time between baths, but the hotel is not really on the premises. It's on the other side of the boulevard and there's no stop or traffic light to cross; it's inconvenient to go back and forth. As for the room, we initially had the Atlantis suite. It was missing the lounge chair. The finish in the room felt cheap. At midnight we could hear loud music and people having intercourse in the next room. The smoke detector in our room had low battery and was beeping loudly every minute. Nobody could fix it so we had to change room. We ended up in the Colombia suite. The finish was nicer. However the shower handle near the bath was leaking. Also, there's a ceramic step in the way of the bathroom door, we were scared of breaking it. The bluetooth speakers in both rooms were nice. The fireplace too, and its 15min timer was convenient. Not the hotel's fault, but we couldn't have coffee or use the bath in the room on our last day because of a boil water advisory. We might go back to the spa, but probably not to the hotel.

Bathtub was really slippery and very deep. Hard to get out of without grab bars. Way overpriced for what we got overlooking garbage bin. Spa looks nice but not included in the price. Front desk staff were very nice.
