Very bad experience. stayed there on Canada day weekend in 2018. Front desk was very very rude....No greetings or eye contact. She straight away started asking for driver license gave us the forms and even before I could complete the form, she demanded that we pay and asked for $200 security deposit(first time in my life I have been asked for that). I was there with my old parents and she showed us the wrong way to our rooms and we had to walk much farther to reach our room. lodged a complaint with Wyndham...but no response yet. would give negative 5. Avoid booking this hotel.

I would consider this more of a 2.5 rating. The room was good but the meandering hall with steps was annoying. I expected to park closer to the room. It took a week for them to credit back the $155 (US) deposit they charged on my credit card which put me in a bad spot while traveling. Most hotels don't actually put in a charge for a deposit but just swipe your card.

Nice place to stay when visiting Montreal if you do not want to stay downtown. Restaurants and amenities nearby. OK breakfast and friendly staff.

Good place to stay. Clean and comfortable. One negative is the Check-in time which is 4pm which is quite late. Most places are usually 2pm.

Room is small but looks clean, only negative is bed sheets weren't changed everyday, we found a yellow spot on the sheets, maybe we made it or not. At night we came back from site seeing, the spot was in the same place. I went to ask front desk if they change the sheets daily, they said yes, and imidietly gave me new sheets as there was no housekeeping avaliable that late. Now was that spot there before us or not, its gross to think the dirty sheet was still there. So next day we marked the sheet we put on ourselves, next night after we check the sheets and our mark was still there. So I guess they say they change the sheets but they dont on dailies basis, or who knows when. For 110 dollars a night and dirty sheets, we will not stay at this Days inn again.
