Location is good. Room service took towels and face cloths but, did not replace them. There were no towels at the pool in the morning. The fitness centre is outdated and needs to be modernized. Several pieces of equipment looked like stuff I used at University in the 1980s. Bathtub was plugged and would not drain. Was calf deep in water after a 5 minute shower. Restaurant staff was very good. Front desk staff were nice as well.

Good hotel, convenient location (right beside the Metro station). Free parking for guests. The employee who checked us in and checked us out was fantastic - really made us feel welcome. Don't expect a luxury hotel, but it's clean, comfortable, and convenient.

The views are wonderful. The amenities include free wifi and a pool, though we did not use it during our overnight stay. The room was cosy and neat. One of the table lamps was not working, though I did not report it. The television was mostly broadcasting French channels, it made not sense supplying a TV. There were just two elevators for that big a hotel; at least one more would have been good. The hotel is conveniently located near the Metro. Parking is paid. So be prepared if you are riding in.

Lovely place with a warm and inviting staff. The gift shop though could have better inventory of shirt sizes. Also very surprised to see they had a sauna alongside their pool and fitness room floor level.

This is the worst hotel!!!! I have family coming with a travel agency to Montreal and they are staying at Sandman. We drove to the hotel and it happened to be a night with fireworks (so lots of people parked here to watch the show). When we drove into the pay booth they said it costs $15. I said I only need to meet guests and, if so, I’d pick them up and leave. The guy said I still need to pay $15 to enter. This is THEFT!!!
