You get what you get for a two star hotel. Room service every two days blankets and beds are meh. Pretty clean overall. Would recommend if it can be booked at a low price.

Very, very clean, it's cozy and friendly staff. The most important thing is that's you have the cheapest public parking in the area and everything is walking distance. Big like!

Good hotel, good cost benefit. Staff are very nice. Very close to the main metro station. The hotel is not new, but it is confortable.

This hotel is terrible. Absolutely terrible. I booked online to check in at this hotel NOWHERE DOES IT SAY NO GUESTS ALLOWED. Cool. Just what I’m looking for as I’m visiting family/friends and obviously will not be the only one entering my hotel room. So I go to the hotel. Everything’s good. I check in and pay the lady. After everything, I’m about to head to my room and I ask her “I see that guests need to sign in upon arrival, what information do they need to provide?” (there was a GUEST BOOK and a SIGN SAYING “Guests must sign in”) The woman immediately says “oh no guests allowed and our security guard will kick you out at night if he sees you letting guests in.” I RESPECTFULLY said “why is there a guest book and sign saying to sign in?” Then she started getting rude to me. Very very rude. I STILL AM BEING POLITE “Okay well I will need my deposit back and my room fee back as I was understanding I was allowed to have guests” (I have not even left the front desk yet I literally just paid not 20 seconds ago. I WAS NOT GOING TO THROW A PARTY IN MY DAMN ROOM. LOL. She said sorry no refunds I can only give your deposit. MY CASH WAS STILL IN HER HAND!!!!!!! At this point I’m not angry I can’t have my family in my room I am angry because it’s FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I was standing there checking in thinking “ok cool my family can come in, this place seems nice, good location” come to find literally she made a CERTAIN RULE FOR ME ONLY WHICH WAS NO GUESTS. I RESPECTFULLY ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK. I CRIED OVER IT. HER WORDS? “You can cry all you want but you’re not getting a refund”. This is when I got angry and called the police as IT IS FALSE ADVERTISING. As I’m on the phone with the police she REACHES OVER AND TAKES DOWN THE GUEST SIGN AND GUEST BOOK!!! And was going to act like she didn’t know what she was talking about when police arrived. Because SHE KNEW SHE WAS ABOUT TO GET IN TROUBLE!!! You CANNOT do that!!! WELL THANK YOU MONTREAL POLICE for not showing up after I waited an hour for them to come. Obviously didn’t get my refund. There was an old lady in the back as well they were whispering. Trying to figure out how to get out of it. I left as my day was being wasted AND MY MONEY!!! This hotel doesn’t care about their guests. Once they have your money in hand, that’s it. Human decency, proper customer service OUT THE WINDOW. Enjoy your stay!

This hotel is terrible! They charged my card an extra $200 saying that we smoked in the room when we DID NOT. The shower was cold. You had to use a tool to turn the handle so that it could be a hot shower. There is no air conditioning so it was extremely hot. A female staff member was hovering over us and borderline harrassing us when we were just trying to have a nice visit on their back patio. This place is a mess and I would highly recommend NOT staying here! They're liars and stealers. Stay away!
