DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL! There's so many things wrong with this place: -Across from a building with a full wall of graffiti, street looks and feels ghetto. -Staff... I only saw one staff member and he was watching TV behind the front desk. Yet, my room didn't even have anything to watch on the TV. No cable, no DVD player. -Bed has many yellow and brown stains. -Walls are probably paper thin, because I could hear almost everyone on the floor. -Washroom is disgusting, open wall exposing pipes, toilet paper is as thin as can be. -Shower curtains are dirty and there was garbage in our tiny garbage can prior to check in. -Window also has a crack which was covered up with tape. All in All, this place is not worth even it's cheapest prices. Find a place that's nearby and isn't as bad as this.

The good things about this hotel was that many attractions was in walking distance. It also had good TV-channels selection. The room was dirty with stains in the bedding and the window could not be closed completely. The breakfast was also bad with just croissants and muffins.

Very disgusting place Staff was very rude with us, even to other customers. We booked for a 2-night stay and were so shocked how this place was bad that we left after 1/2 night. Bed sheets and mattress had blood drops . Bathroom was dirty Bed very uncomfortable Bed sheets smelled **** When i told the guy we were leaving, the said “ok bye” I don’t recommend this place at all

Stayed for 3 nights in July, and have stayed multiple times with this hotel with different friends. 24/7 There is someone at the desk making sure no crack heads try coming into the hotel and causing problems. They are really helpful in directing you where to go in the city if you have any questions. There may be an occasional problem in a room that you come across, but if you tell them they will fix it. My only complaint is the cleaning staff. Though they don’t seem to mean any harm, they are nosey. They will try to clean your room even if you put the do not disturb sign on. They will however not touch anything that belongs to you or move it because they are not allowed to. If you are an American visiting, remember that your in Montréal not America. Free breakfast includes items such as muffins danish juice and coffe. Very helpful front desk and very quick to respond to your needs. My only advice would be to include some sort of small bar/ wine cooler for cheap drinks!!

Location is convenient if you visiting downtown, rooms are clean but we had Air Conditioning not working with no replacement provided like portable fans.
