No hot water (shower/sink) in the morning, old and broken furniture (looks like they haven't done maintenance for years), drawer had no handle, very bad smell in the room, towels and bed cover were torn; they don't mention a $10 deposit until you get there and the deposit is cash only so we had to go find an ATM machine to get cash or else we wouldn't get the key to the room. The only positive thing was the vue on the lake.

Lots of bugs

Bed bags run away from this place!!!!!!And one star is too much for this place...we went last week with my wife in Montreal but everything was booked so decided to stay at this place. After our dinner we came back to unpack our stuff and my wife she found a bed bug walking on the pillow. We went upstairs to refund and another lady was complaining and screaming for bed bugs. The place was so dirty and full of mosquitoes and spiders everywhere.i don't even know why they don't shut down this place...

The location is not downtown. The name might be confusing to most of people. However its reachable with 15-20 minutes from downtown Montreal. The rooms are average at best. But the receptionist Vanessa gave the best service ive ever received in my life! She was super patient and polite. If you have any requests she will make sure you get it ASAP. Overall its a great experience staying in this motel. I would come back if I get thr chance .

Very dirty, squished bugs on the ceiling, stains on the floor(reception was a disaster). Spiders in the bathroom, shower head lacked pressure (probably just needs to be cleaned properly). Beds were ok... for the same price we decided to go somewhere else, much happier with the other place. The price is good.
